One-Day Yoga Retreat with Melissa Cameron, MS, LPC

9 am - 5 pm
INSIGHT: A one-day yoga retreat
Join Melissa for a transformative journey of inner connection and renewal led by a psychotherapist and seasoned yoga instructor. This immersive retreat blends the healing practices of mindfulness, curiousity, and meditation with intentional movement and restorative yoga. Together, we’ll explore how the body holds emotion, how the nervous system responds to stress, and how present-moment awareness can unlock deep healing and personal growth.
By combining mindful movement and reflective practices, each participant will have opportunities to use the body-mind connection to access inner wisdom. Through a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, participants will experience the power of being truly seen, held, and supported on their journey.
Whether you're seeking to reduce anxiety, deepen your spiritual practice, or simply step away from the noise of daily life, this retreat invites you to soften, release, and come home to yourself.
During the retreat, participants will be guided through two yoga classes including an all-levels vinyasa yoga and a gentle/restorative practice. There will also be space for 2 meditations after each yoga practice.
This affirming, and inclusive one-day retreat will offer a safe space to enjoy a sense of belonging and a retreat from stress. Using movement, breath, mindfulness, and welcoming conversations, each participant will be exposed to the transformative ancient practices.
All yoga props are included.
No prior yoga or meditation experience required. All bodies and backgrounds are welcome.
