This 4-week series brings together a small circle of six women for a yoga experience that goes far beyond the ordinary group class. With only six spots available, every session is thoughtfully tailored to the unique needs, goals, and rhythms of the women in the room.
Whether you're returning to your mat after time away, navigating a season of stress or transition, or simply craving a more intentional practice, this circle meets you exactly where you are.
